It’s that time of the year again! The 26th Sister’s Fellowship International Annual Convention is around the corner! Scheduled for 5th-9th April, this year’s convention is set to break all expectations. The Lord is using this to propel us to greater heights through His ready vessels.
The theme of this year’s convention is “Revelational Knowledge for Greater Heights”; a theme that’s particularly important in light of our constantly changing world and the increasing conflicts within it. Recently, several events have aligned with Biblical prophecies and indicated that the coming of our Lord Jesus is imminent. And in that regard, God is preparing us to withstand and surmount the fiery darts of the enemy in this pivotal moment.
And in this convening, He is about to reveal to us the knowledge in which we would have to stand tall irresistibly in the face of challenges. He has called us to be His sons and instruments of change in our world. Paul says, in Ephesians 6:16, ‘‘Above all, taking the shields of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked’’.
Again, in Ephesians 1:17-18, we are told: ‘‘That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints”.
In this Year of Understanding, our convention arrives with a unique purpose: to provide the revelation knowledge of what God is doing so that we can align ourselves. After all, the scriptures inform us that we cannot understand the hope of God’s calling if He doesn’t reveal it to us through the spirit of wisdom.
After this convention, we will be equipped with the necessary tools to withstand the enemy regardless of his approach. With the knowledge we shall acquire, we will stand tall in our different spheres of influence; occupying till Jesus comes.
This year’s convention promises to be electrifying and fun-filled with highlights including field events, talk shows, dance, drama and several exhibitions. It promises to be the best convention yet, and as every SFI daughter knows, it is a peak highlight of our year
So, don’t keep this treasure to yourself. Invite at least one person to come gain the knowledge that’ll redefine their lives and future.
